Due to the current situation with the COVID-19 pandemic, all lectures of the chair of innovation economics for the summer semester will take place as online lectures. 

To be able to provide interactive lectures and adequate remote guidance throughout the course, available seats will be limited to 12 students.

To apply for the course, students will have to provide a transcript of records and answer an open motivational question (200-400 words). The application form will be accessible on this website from 13.04.2020 to 16.04.2020 (23.59 CET). 

Admission decisions will be sent out on 17.04.2020 along with supporting information on the course schedule, required software for classrooms, etc.

In this seminar, we will deal with selected and up-to-date topics in innovation research. The seminar covers a broad range of issues from economics and management such as technology and innovation management, intellectual property rights, digital innovation, trade effects, employment, etc.
